An Interactive Media Program Designed for Your Future
As a student in the Interactive Media Minor at Marist, you’ll gain essential knowledge and cutting-edge skills in digital media and design, as well as in the technologies that shape commerce and culture, giving you a competitive edge for your future.
Integrate Interactive Media with Any Major
Although the Interactive Media Minor is housed with the Film, TV, Games, and Interactive Media Department, it is completely interdisciplinary, which means that students from any major can integrate the minor into their studies. You’ll take classes that help you hone your skills and techniques, including:

- Storytelling Across Media
- Game Design
- Writing for Media
Gain Hands-on Experience for Real-World Clients
At Marist, we value the opportunities for our students to work on hands-on projects for real clients. As an Interactive Media student, you’ll be able to work on mobile applications, games, and social media for organizations like USPS, FDR Library, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Salvation Army.
